Yes! It sure does!
I was skeptical that Microsoft had released any of the 128 GB models, but I got a call today from the Microsoft Store asking if I still wanted one. They had them in stock and one was reserved for me. They were only willing to hold it for a day, but that was fine because I was able to jet over there this afternoon and pick up the 128 GB Surface Pro model and a Surface Wedge Touch Mouse.
So far the setup and installation has been just as easy as the Surface RT version I picked up a few months ago.
